IMVT is a technological platform of IBDML dedicated to valorization projects and technological development in molecular and cellular biology : realization of cDNA libraries, PCR screening or amplification of libraries, chemical screening on different cell types (including primary neuronal cells), analysis of gene function using RNAi technology.
IMVT is equipped with devices dedicated to high throughput applications: a Robot for liquid handling (TECAN), multiple PCR blocks, a Flash-cytometer (TROPHOS) for automatic image acquisition in 96-well plates, several image analysis software for automatic characterization of cell cultures.
IMVT can carry on projects with any kind of partner, academic lab as well as Biotech companies.
IMVT has a staff of 3 permanents and can welcome people from the partner laboratory.
